Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Organize and stock inventory onto shelves or designated storage areas.
- Fulfill customer orders by picking items accurately and efficiently.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and workstations.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet performance targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the logistics team.
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Capability to handle tasks involving moderate Lifting (up to 45 lbs).
- Familiarity with general warehouse procedures.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dependable and punctual attendance record.
- Must be willing to wear and use assigned PPE at all times.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of safety in all activities.
