Job Summary:
Join our innovative logistics team in San Francisco, California, as a Warehouse Associate! This role is integral to the efficient operation of our distribution center, involving a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with accuracy and speed. Additionally, you'll assist with receiving inbound shipments, stocking inventory, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Operating warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts, safely and effectively is part of the job. You will collaborate closely with team members to achieve daily goals in a dynamic environment. We provide comprehensive training, necessary PPE, and uphold rigorous Safety standards. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
  • Receive, unload, and stock inbound inventory.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through careful handling and counting.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to Safety regulations.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and utilize all required PPE.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse equipment and technology (scanners, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Understanding of logistics operations.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following Safety guidelines.
  • Must wear appropriate PPE at all times.
