Join our dynamic logistics team as a Warehouse Worker in Kansas City, Missouri! We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will operate material handling equipment, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and contribute to accurate inventory management. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle tasks involving significant Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. A strong commitment to Safety is paramount; you will receive comprehensive training on all safety procedures and must consistently wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Understanding and adhering to our logistics processes is key. You will work collaboratively with your team members to meet daily operational goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Experience with forklifts or other warehouse machinery is a plus but not always required, as training will be provided. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, have a strong work ethic, and are committed to accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Assist with loading outbound shipments
- Report any damages or discrepancies
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Contribute to efficient logistics operations
