Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick products for customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring product integrity and proper labeling.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock verification.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Perform tasks involving significant physical activity, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting.
- Solid understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good physical condition, with the ability to stand, walk, and lift for prolonged periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and logistics principles.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
