Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick products for customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
  • Pack orders with care, ensuring product integrity and proper labeling.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock verification.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
  • Perform tasks involving significant physical activity, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the use of PPE.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Good physical condition, with the ability to stand, walk, and lift for prolonged periods.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control and logistics principles.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
