- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting.
- Ensure materials are properly labeled and staged for their next destination.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Support overall logistics operations and collaborate with team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Ability to perform demanding physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
