*Position Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced and motivated *Night Charge Nurse (RN or LPN)* to join our team. In this leadership role, you will oversee nursing staff during the night shift, provide clinical care, and ensure residents receive the highest standard of service. *Responsibilities:*
* Supervise and support nursing staff during the night shift.
* Provide direct nursing care and respond promptly to residents’ needs.
* Assess, monitor, and document changes in resident conditions.
* Collaborate with physicians, staff, and families to promote health and wellbeing.
* Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
*Qualifications:*
* Current Ohio *RN or LPN license* (required).
* Prior experience in long-term care or healthcare (preferred).
* Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
* Compassionate and reliable, with a commitment to quality care.
