HVAC Service Technician

About
Our customer base includes governments, school districts, universities, large and small corporations, apartment buildings, as well as single family homes. We do new construction (both residential and commercial), remodel projects, and service.
You must be able to pass a physical, background check, a driver license check, and a drug screening test. It is absolutely critical that you have the ability to work well with others and with our customers. Honesty is requirement number one. We have an immediate opening for the right person with three or more years of experience to join our team. *Duties:*
* Provide clean and checks to our 800+ Preferred Maintenance Agreement Customers
* Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair all types of air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps and humidifiers
* Be proactive for our customers and be able to offer options
* Look for opportunities to upgrade our customers to newer and more efficient equipment
* Always keep the safety of you and our customers first
* Take classes for professional development
* Be available to work after hours when called upon to deliver first rate customer service
*Requirements:*
* EPA certified
* Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
* Pass a background check, physical capacity test and drug screen
* Willing to work in all types of weather conditions
* Preferred at least three years of HVAC service experience
* Reliable – our customers count on you to show up to work every day!
