Red Rocks Physical Therapy is a small, family-owned outpatient clinic located on the west side of Colorado Springs. We are passionate about providing high-quality, one-on-one care in a supportive, low-stress environment - for both our patients and our team.
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated *Physical Therapist (PT)* with experience _or strong interest_ in *pelvic floor and manual therapy* to join our growing practice. New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.

*Responsibilities:*
* Perform comprehensive patient evaluations with an emphasis on manual therapy
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
* Provide evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, trigger point techniques, orthopedic rehab, and women’s health treatments
* Educate patients on exercise programs, injury prevention, and home care strategies
* Monitor and document patient progress using our EMR system
* Collaborate with other healthcare providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
* Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
* Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive treatment environment
*Required Qualifications:*
* Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
* Current Colorado PT license (or eligibility for licensure)
* Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and clinical reasoning
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Pelvic floor certification or willingness to pursue specialized training
* Experience or interest in women’s health, manual therapy, or orthopedic rehabilitation
* Familiarity with EMR documentation
* Experience in outpatient, acute care, inpatient, pediatric, geriatric, or home health settings

Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $80,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
