As the Senior Manufacturing Manager 3 - Hardware Owner, you will provide leadership and oversight for assigned hardware, ensuring excellence in technical performance, cost management, delivery, and quality. This full-time role requires collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and customer-facing teams to ensure product and manufacturing readiness. You will play a critical role in supporting program plans, defining requirements, and driving milestones for hardware procurement and delivery. Hardware leadership: Provide technical, cost, delivery, and quality leadership for assigned hardware. Program planning: Support the definition of overall program plans and translate them into actionable requirements and milestones for hardware procurement. Manufacturing representation: Serve as the manufacturing representative for PCB, tollgate, and technical reviews for assigned hardware. Strategy and policy development: Contribute to strategy and policy development, ensuring delivery within your area of responsibility. Decision-making and problem-solving: Use judgment and technical expertise to make decisions and solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, or customer engagements. Collaboration and communication: Act as a resource for colleagues, lead small projects, and develop persuasion skills to influence others on topics within your field. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions. They are skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and influencing others, and are committed to delivering high-quality hardware that supports GE Aerospace's mission. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in relevant job family) + 5 years' experience. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan.
