Journeyman Plumber

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initiation to completion with the support of management.
• Maintain daily client communication, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with subcontractors through clear and consistent communication.
• Hold all onsite staff and subcontractors accountable to expectations and standards.
• Oversee site organization and efficiency, streamlining operations as necessary.
• Lead material management for all incoming and outgoing materials on site.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of mechanical systems to anticipate needs and plan accordingly
• Identify and address site obstructions or barriers in collaboration with management.

Role Requirements:

• Valid Red Seal Journeyman Certificate is required
• Strong understanding of technology, mechanical systems, schematics, and construction drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Valid First Aid Level C, CSTS 2020, WHMIS and or relevant safety certifications are considered an asset
• Valid Drivers License and ability to pass a Drivers Abstract is required
• Familiarity with ProCore, Revizto, Bluebeam or other relevant construction software is considered an asset
