Luxury Lounge Operations Manager

The British Airways Lounge at Harvey Milk International Airport is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premium lounge. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing food and beverage operations, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Oversee daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product;
• Manage inventory, ordering, production, and financials for the lounge;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers;
• Motivate, coach, mentor, and develop frontline staff;
• Ensure Sodexo standards are met, including compliance with food and physical safety programs;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience;
• Minimum 5 years of management experience; and
• Minimum 5 years of functional experience.
