About
As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for managing the front of house team.
- Team Management:
- Directly supervise key holders and staff leads, maintaining open lines of communication.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with Leads to set goals, delegate tasks, and guide projects.
- Stay informed about ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Schedule shifts and allocate time off for floor team members.
- Hire new employees, provide training, and onboard them effectively.
- Manage cash tips distribution fairly.
- Oversee performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure seamless operations during opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain high standards for service, facilities, and overall guest experience.
- Provide exceptional hospitality to customers, collaborate with team members when necessary, and build relationships with regulars.
- Promote adherence to health department regulations.
- Oversight of administrative hours and service shifts.
- Ensuring consistent delivery of quality service, facilities, and hospitality.
