We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at SAN HO WON. Our restaurant is part of the three-Michelin-star team behind Benu, and we are committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Michelin-rated, fine-dining, or 5 Star hotel restaurant. They should possess advanced knife skills, butchering, and cooking techniques, as well as strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and lead others.
Required Qualifications- Knowledge of Korean cuisine and its nuances
- Experience with ordering/purchasing and inventory management
- Understanding of managing food and labor costs
- Fluency in Korean preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
