Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Store and organize products in designated warehouse locations, optimizing space and accessibility.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, strictly following all safety protocols.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and PPE.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks, which may involve considerable lifting.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is beneficial. Must possess the physical stamina for demanding tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and the mandatory use of PPE is required. Basic inventory management knowledge is helpful. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and also independently. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. This position is integral to our logistics success and requires a dedicated individual focused on safety and efficiency.
