We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our warehouse operations. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, loading and unloading shipments, and performing general labor tasks to support the logistics flow. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace Safety, and adherence to all company policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This position requires physical stamina for frequent Lifting and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will contribute to inventory management, ensuring accuracy and proper placement of goods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including organizing and cleaning.
- Assist with inventory control and stock rotation.
- Follow all safety protocols and use designated PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual lifting equipment.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Safety procedures.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Familiarity with Logistics environments is a plus.
