Mental Health Counselor Masters *Per Diem*- Providence Adolescent Residential Treatment at Providence Health and Services summary: This part-time Mental Health Counselor position at Providence Adolescent Residential Treatment involves providing direct client care including assessment, treatment planning, and various therapy modalities within a clinical crisis recovery setting. The role requires a master's degree in a relevant mental health field and appropriate licensing such as LPC or LCSW. The counselor also coordinates services with healthcare professionals and participates in client, family, and community education to support vulnerable populations in Anchorage, Alaska. Responsible for supporting all aspects of the clinical programming for the Crisis Recovery Center. Provides direct client care services in all assigned areas that includes assessment, treatment planning, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and milieu therapy. Plans and provides client, family, peer and community education and coordinates services with other health care professionals including interaction with physicians or ARNP responsible for the care of the client.
