_*Summary of Responsibilities:*_
Promontory Point Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our inpatient and outpatient team. In this role, you will assess and evaluate patients with injuries or chronic health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans using physical modalities and therapeutic exercises to help them regain mobility, manage pain, and improve strength and endurance. Our newly remodeled, state-of-the-art facility is fully equipped to support high-quality care and help patients return to their baseline safely. With just 50 beds, our smaller facility fosters stronger connections between therapists and patients, allowing you to provide dignified, personalized care that makes a lasting impact. _*Qualifications*_
* Licensed to practice as Physical Therapist in the state of Idaho.
* Two years (2) of appropriate experience as a physical therapist in transitional care unit/ skilled nursing facility or clinical experience preferred.
* Obtain and maintain current BLS CPR/ First Aid Certification.
* Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order to get to and from work in various weather conditions to ensure reliability.
