We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our IT team to drive the evolution of our ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value. What You'll Do Analyze & gather requirements: partner with business units to understand needs and translate them into actionable requirements. Conduct workshops and interviews to define workflows and identify process improvements. Optimize ServiceNow: identify opportunities to enhance ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) and recommend and implement platform configurations and enhancements. Document & communicate: create clear documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories, and serve as the communication bridge between developers, testers, and stakeholders. Test & validate: support user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing efforts, ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations. Develop and deliver training materials and user training sessions as needed.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow preferred. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Knowledge Management. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead strategic projects, influence stakeholders, and drive platform adoption. Excellent analytical, problem?solving, and communication skills. Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting tools. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS?BA) are a plus.
