Demonstrates flexibility to float where needed and collaborate with interprofessional teams to support safe, high-quality care. Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and related medical care. Documents care provided in a timely, accurate manner. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families. Assists with activities of daily living (hygiene, elimination, nutrition, ambulation). Displays initiative and flexibility to float throughout the building to support departments and staff. Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support). Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients. Participates in performance improvement and required education; works other shifts/units as needed and may take on-call assignments. Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Experience: 1- 2 years minimum bedside RN experience required; 2- 4 years critical care experience preferred. License: Current RN license in state of practice. Handle with Care preferred. Skills: Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in stressful environments. Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple clinical software systems. Effective English communication (read, write, speak, and understand).
