We're looking for a passionate and experienced chef to lead our kitchen team. As an Executive Sous Chef, you will work closely with our culinary leader to maintain the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen staff and oversee food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure high-quality dishes are consistently prepared and presented
  • Collaborate with our culinary leader to develop new menu items and improve existing ones
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a chef in a high-volume kitchen
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Computer competence: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, inventory management software
  • Knowledge of advanced cooking techniques and ingredients
