- Leverage your expertise in modern Italian cuisine to lead and inspire the BOH team
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, manage staffing, and ensure seamless day-to-day execution
- Collaborate on the development and evolution of menus rooted in traditional Italian techniques and infused with modern flair
- Maintain strong cost controls across food, labor, and inventory while promoting quality and freshness
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met and exceeded
