Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill key roles in our culinary team. Following the departure of our previous sous chef, who has gone on to run their own successful kitchen, we are now looking for someone with 5+ years experience in a similar position.

• Menu planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase the restaurant's culinary profile
• Food costing: Accurately estimate food costs to ensure profitability
• Back of house operations: Oversee day-to-day operations in the kitchen, including staff management and inventory control
