Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our bustling distribution facility in San Diego, California. In this versatile role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Your contribution is key to maintaining the efficient flow of goods through our logistics network. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive and safety-conscious environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and properly document receipt.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate various material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, after proper training and certification.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting activities.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Identify and report any damaged goods or operational issues.
  • Wear appropriate PPE as required by job duties and company policy.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to operate basic warehouse machinery and power equipment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control principles.
  • Excellent physical condition, capable of standing, walking, and bending for long durations.
  • Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of general Logistics operations.
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Awareness and adherence to all Safety guidelines and regulations.
