Job Summary:
We are looking for dependable Warehouse Associates to contribute to our logistics operations in Seattle, Washington. This role involves a comprehensive range of warehouse duties, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. You will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our supply chain. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to upholding a safe and organized work environment. We emphasize teamwork and encourage associates to take initiative in maintaining operational excellence. A proactive approach to problem-solving and adherence to safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques, are expected. Your role is fundamental to our company's success in serving our customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately put away incoming shipments.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and company standards.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification required for forklifts).
  • Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counting to maintain accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
  • Follow all established safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Wear appropriate PPE as designated for specific tasks and areas.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet productivity goals.
  • Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or inventory discrepancies to management.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes physically demanding environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety principles and practices.
  • Willingness to learn and operate different types of warehouse equipment.
