Job Summary:
Become a vital part of our logistics team in Boston, Massachusetts, as a Warehouse Worker! We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to support various warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. This role demands physical capability and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our distribution center. You will contribute to the smooth functioning of our supply chain, handling materials and ensuring our products are managed effectively from arrival to departure. We prioritize a safe and collaborative work environment, and your dedication will be essential to our operational success.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Operate manual and powered equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
  • Adhere to all logistics and warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
  • Ensure proper handling of all materials to prevent damage.
  • Wear all mandated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety shoes and vests, to ensure your safety.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 60 pounds.
  • Strong stamina and the ability to work on your feet for the duration of your shift.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Understanding of safety procedures and commitment to safe lifting practices.
  • Willingness to follow all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
