Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Huntsville, Alabama! We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our state-of-the-art logistics facility. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be paramount as you handle materials and ensure accuracy in all processes. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock received goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Package outgoing shipments securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Safety procedures.
- Reliable transportation and a punctual attendance record.
