Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders and order sheets.
- Inspect picked items for quality and damage before packing.
- Package products securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate equipment such as scanners and pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow in the logistics department.
