Job Summary:
Become a vital part of our operations as a Warehouse Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is integral to our supply chain management, ensuring that goods are processed efficiently and accurately within our facility. You'll be involved in a wide range of warehouse activities, from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials accurately.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in designated storage areas.
  • Read production schedules, customer orders, or requisitions to determine items to be picked, packed, or assembled.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, meeting productivity goals.
  • Prepare and stage orders for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and proficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to all warehouse Safety standards.
  • Conduct inventory checks and assist with regular stocktaking.
  • Ensure all Safety regulations are followed, including the use of PPE.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or Safety hazards to management immediately.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
  • Must be capable of sustained physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of items up to 60 lbs.
  • Support the logistics team in achieving daily operational objectives.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience operating forklifts or other heavy machinery is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with frequent Lifting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to follow all Safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
