We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our modern distribution facility in Boise, Idaho. This role is fundamental to our operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for selecting products from inventory and preparing them for shipment, playing a key part in our logistics chain. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer order items using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack items carefully into boxes, ensuring product integrity and presentation.
- Verify order contents against customer requirements.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for the shipping department.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the packing station and work area.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory management activities as needed.
- Support the smooth operation of warehouse logistics.
- Capable of regular Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a warehouse, order picking, or packing role preferred.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse scanning technology is beneficial.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and correct PPE usage.
- Proficiency in performing moderate Lifting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
