We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our growing Logistics team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our warehouse inventory. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and maintaining meticulous records. You will also be involved in developing and implementing strategies to improve inventory accuracy and reduce stock adjustments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a meticulous approach to data management. Proficiency with inventory management systems and scanning technology is highly desirable. A steadfast commitment to Safety, including the proper use of required PPE, is mandatory. This role may involve some physical tasks, such as occasional Lifting of inventory items for counts and verification. You will work collaboratively with warehouse staff and management to uphold the highest standards of inventory integrity.
