We are hiring a proactive Warehouse Worker for our facility in Columbus, Ohio. This role is essential for the efficient flow of inventory and the timely fulfillment of customer orders. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a range of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. A commitment to Safety and accuracy is vital in this position. You'll be part of a team dedicated to maintaining high operational standards in our logistics environment. - Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Prepare goods for shipment and load/unload delivery vehicles.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and adheres to Safety standards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially regarding Safety.
- Wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Engage in frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Support other warehouse functions as directed by supervisors.
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including significant Lifting, is required. A strong understanding of and adherence to Safety guidelines is critical.
