We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position is critical to the smooth functioning of our logistics operations. You will be involved in a wide range of warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses a strong work ethic, and is committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Your contribution ensures that our products reach our customers efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying against purchase orders or delivery notices.
- Store and organize inventory accurately within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision, ensuring correct items and quantities.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), safely.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to all warehouse Safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and logistics.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Be prepared for frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs and occasional heavier loads.
