As a Forklift Operator, you are essential to our daily operations, ensuring a smooth flow of goods throughout the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include transporting raw materials, finished products, and equipment within the facility. Maintaining a high level of Safety, adhering to all operational procedures, and consistently using the appropriate PPE are critical aspects of this role. This position demands precision, a strong understanding of warehouse layouts, and the ability to handle various types of loads. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other powered industrial trucks to transport materials.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and into racks.
- Move and stack materials to designated locations within the warehouse.
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Adhere to strict Safety and operational guidelines.
- Wear and maintain required PPE at all times.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and clean warehouse.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to perform routine lifting and material handling.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
