Join our fast-paced logistics team in New York City, New York, as a Shipping & Receiving Associate! We are seeking dependable individuals to manage the flow of goods into and out of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders, and accurately documenting all received goods. You will also be responsible for preparing outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling, packaging, and loading onto delivery vehicles. This role requires efficient organization and coordination to maintain optimal inventory levels and support timely order fulfillment. A commitment to safety is paramount; you will be expected to follow all safety procedures and utilize appropriate PPE. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and operating pallet jacks. Experience with shipping software and WMS is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this dynamic logistics environment.
