We are seeking a diligent and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Huntsville, Alabama. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time. This is a physically demanding role that requires stamina and a commitment to safety. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. Our team is dedicated to excellence in logistics, and we are looking for individuals who share that passion.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Store and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and safety procedures.
