We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our facility in Sacramento, California. This position is fundamental to our daily logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and be committed to maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, organizing inventory, fulfilling orders, and general warehouse upkeep. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Report any damages, hazards, or discrepancies to management.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Dedication to workplace safety and adherence to lifting guidelines.
- Willingness to wear and utilize required PPE.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics functions.
