Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Inspect goods for damage and verify against documentation.
- Stock received items in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick items from inventory based on order lists or system data.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and workstations.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Perform tasks that require lifting and physical exertion throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet performance standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
