Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in our Fort Worth, Texas facility. We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to perform a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and store products appropriately.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on order specifications.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Contribute to overall team goals and maintain productivity standards.
- Identify and report any unsafe conditions or operational issues to supervisors.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
