About
We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in Sacramento, California. This role is key to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be involved in all aspects of order fulfillment, from receiving goods to picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. A high level of accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to safety are essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive and sort incoming inventory efficiently and accurately.
- Pick products for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring product protection and order accuracy.
- Stage orders for shipping, verifying all items and destinations.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and utilize all required PPE.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of fulfillment processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets within the logistics framework.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Proficiency in picking and packing processes is preferred.
- Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for the entire shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to wear all necessary PPE, including safety shoes.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety and logistics is beneficial.
