Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our operations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is fundamental to our warehouse's success, involving the handling and organization of inventory. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, order picking, and preparing goods for shipment. A strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards is essential. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying quantities and condition.
  • Stock merchandise in designated areas, ensuring proper placement and rotation.
  • Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using pick lists or scanners.
  • Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and support logistics functions.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to wear all necessary PPE.
  • Basic computer skills are beneficial.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and efficiency in logistics.
