About
Join our expanding team in Fort Worth, Texas, as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to contribute to our warehouse operations. Your primary duties will involve picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking inventory. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of our distribution center and supporting our company's commitment to efficient logistics .
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from shelves for customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to ensure product integrity during transit.
- Process and prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Receive incoming merchandise, verify quantities, and inspect for damage.
- Stock received inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with maintaining stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, focusing on safety and operational guidelines.
- Properly use all required PPE .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and logistics principles.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to following all safety protocols.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
