Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic and reliable Distribution Center Associates for our San Antonio, Texas facility. This is a hands-on role critical to the smooth functioning of our logistics network. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. Your primary goal will be to contribute to a productive and safe working environment, ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with company standards and safety regulations. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will be operating warehouse equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to all safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE. This role is fundamental to our supply chain operations, directly impacting our ability to meet customer demands. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders with precision and speed.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines.
  • Wear appropriate PPE at all times in designated areas.
  • Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
  • Contribute to team goals and support colleagues.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
  • Ability to operate basic warehouse machinery.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is beneficial.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety rules.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
