We are seeking energetic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will be an integral part of our daily logistics operations, contributing to the efficient movement and storage of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping various products. You will work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals and ensure customer satisfaction. This position involves physical tasks, requiring the ability to handle materials of varying weights and sizes. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with speed and accuracy, preparing them for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (certification may be required for some equipment).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations and meet daily targets.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 60 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Willingness to perform various tasks as assigned.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory principles is a plus.
