We are hiring a Distribution Center Associate in Orlando, Florida, to be a key contributor to our streamlined warehouse operations. You will be responsible for a range of activities, from receiving and stocking goods to picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and storage areas efficiently.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning technology.
- Pack orders securely and appropriately for transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Participate in inventory management processes, such as cycle counting.
- Uphold all company policies, including those related to safety .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is beneficial.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and logistics concepts.
- Willingness to utilize all required PPE , such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots.
