We are seeking a certified and experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Miami, Florida. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring the safe and timely movement of goods. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts to load, unload, transport, and stack materials. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety are paramount. You will work closely with the warehouse team to manage inventory, fulfill orders, and contribute to the overall success of our distribution center. This position requires adherence to all safety regulations and proper use of required PPE. Prior experience with pallet jacks and other material handling equipment is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess excellent hand-eye coordination, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar logistics role is highly desirable. Responsibilities include inspecting equipment before use, maintaining accurate records of material movements, and assisting with general warehouse duties as needed. Compliance with OSHA standards and company safety protocols is mandatory. This role involves regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs and requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
