Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using scanning devices or pick lists.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the Logistics team.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or operational issues promptly.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, walking, bending, and stooping for extended periods.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to Safety and willingness to follow all guidelines.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and tasks within a Logistics setting.
