Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team in Seattle, Washington. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, coordinating staff, managing inventory, and ensuring all operations adhere to company policies and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct warehouse staff in daily tasks, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Coordinate with transportation carriers for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Manage the scheduling of warehouse personnel and oversee their performance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Handle and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies that arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and generate relevant reports.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations or a related logistics field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high standard of Safety.
