Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
- Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures, including ensuring proper PPE usage.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Report on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
