Responsibilities:
- Process incoming goods, including unloading and verification.
- Accurately put away received inventory.
- Fulfill orders by picking items from designated locations.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing required PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for speed and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is advantageous.
- Ability to handle physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Strong sense of organization and meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
- Commitment to following safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
