Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment. You will lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and adherence to all Safety standards. Your role will involve planning and assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and implementing operational improvements. A strong understanding of Logistics , inventory management, and team leadership is crucial. You will ensure that all activities comply with company policies and regulations, including the proper use of PPE and safe handling practices. This role requires excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage physical operations including occasional Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
  • Plan, schedule, and assign daily tasks to meet operational goals.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse associates.
  • Ensure all warehouse operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels and accuracy, implementing control measures.
  • Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
  • Implement and enforce all company policies, including Safety regulations and the use of PPE .
  • Manage equipment maintenance and ensure a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the strategic development and optimization of our Logistics network.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics , or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and Logistics best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Commitment to maintaining a high level of workplace Safety .
  • Ability to perform physical tasks as needed, including occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Must ensure team members comply with all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
